In April 2018, the year with, again, a new record of migrants trying to get to Europe, more than a hundred years after the Sacre du Printemps, almost ten years after the mud slides, Vincenzo (my guitar from nearby Catania) and me (a musician, travelling again) visited the Village of G, on the island of S, to be taken in as dear guests, finding the stories at the heart of the people, and ourselves.

Mixing field recordings with composed and improvised music, comments and interviews I try to find meaning in ‘being there’.
